Gold metallized film is a film material that can print patterns and text directly on the surface. The structure consists of three layers: the surface layer is a metal plating layer, the middle is a PET substrate, and the bottom layer is a release paper.

The gold metallized film is equipped with a release layer, which protects the back adhesive layer of the film from being adhered in advance. When using, just tear off the release paper and the gold-plated film can be directly pasted to various surfaces.
High-gloss Metallic Luster
The surface of the gold-plated film adopts a vacuum aluminum plating process, and is dyed to form a high-gloss gold color, making the printed pattern more conspicuous under light.
Ink-philic Coating
The surface of the gold-plated film adopts a modified acrylic resin coating with high ink-philicity, which can ensure that UV ink, water-based ink, and silk-screen ink are firmly attached to the surface, and it is not easy to fall off, bubble or crack after drying.

Line of Production
We have three coating lines and one gum production line. Gold metallized film is produced by third line. We apply the chemical coating first, then we manke the back glue. The reverse side is release paper. Usually we produce 1.27M width film, it can be cutted into little roll or sheet.
