Introduction
This product is an inkjet thermal transfer consumable specially used for the production of decorative patterns. It uses a high-transparency PET substrate, is suitable for Epson, HP and other brand inkjet printers, is compatible with CMYK pigment inks and white ink, and has clear and full pattern imaging. It is suitable for thermal transfer customization on surfaces of materials such as T-shirts, canvas bags, leather, and wood.
Advantages
Clear imaging: Using high-quality PET base film, combined with special coating technology, it can effectively absorb CMYK pigment ink and white ink, and the printed pattern has sharp edges and high color reproduction.
Fast transfer: Supports 2-3 minutes in the oven or 8-12 seconds in the thermal transfer machine to complete the transfer, which can meet the needs of large-scale rapid delivery.
Flexible process: Supports hot tearing and cold tearing, suitable for different materials and pattern processes.
Translucent white bottom: The film is a white translucent material, which is convenient for pattern positioning and alignment operations, especially suitable for thermal transfer application scenarios with high requirements for pattern placement.
Technological Process of DTF printing
1. Digital Printing (first CMYK then White)
2. Dusting Hot melt Powder
3. Shaking Powder
4. Drying (130-140℃/266-284℉ for 3 minutes)
5. Pressing (160℃/320℉ for 10 seconds)
