Thermal Stability
The dimensional change rate of laser white film is less than 0.3% at laser printing temperatures of 180°C to 200°C. It is not prone to warping, shrinking or curling, ensuring that the graphics and text will not be misplaced or deformed during the printing process.
Firm Adhesion Of Toner
After plasma treatment, the laser white film will form fine concave and convex structures on the surface. The toner can be embedded in these structures when heated, making the fixing more firm, so that the printed text and patterns can remain clear for a long time.
Anti-tear
The base material of laser white film is made of high-toughness polyester material, and the elongation at break is controlled in the range of 80%~120%. It is not easy to tear during punching, binding, cutting and other operations.
