High-definition Imaging
The film surface has a highly ink-receptive microporous structure, which can quickly absorb ink and fix the color, effectively preventing ink smudges or jaggedness, making the image sharper and the text clearer, and the line edge resolution can reach 720×1440 dpi.
Strong Ink Layer Adhesion
The coating of the solvent clear film is added with a polymer binder with good compatibility with ink, which can effectively absorb and fix the pigment particles in the ink, so that the ink layer is still firmly attached to the film surface after multiple bending and friction.
Highly Transparent Substrate
The solvent-based transparent film uses PET with high light transmittance as the substrate, with an optical transparency of more than 90%. The image is transparent and foggy in a backlit environment, which helps to compare image details during plate making or inspection.
