DTF transfer film double is a thin film material specially used for digital direct-injection thermal transfer process, and its full name is "Direct to Film" transfer film. It uses digital printing equipment to directly print the pattern on the film surface, and then forms a transferable layer through processes such as powdering and drying. Finally, the pattern is transferred to the surface of various materials such as fabrics and leather through heat pressing.

Not Easy To Warp
The bottom layer of DTF transfer film is a thermal transfer release film, and the upper layer is a pattern carrier film. The two are firmly attached through a high-temperature pressing process, so that the warpage of the pattern layer during the thermal transfer process is controlled within ±0.3mm, effectively preventing the pattern from deforming.
Clear Pattern Printing
The surface of DTF transfer film double has micro-nano particles, which can lock the position of ink droplets, prevent ink diffusion, make the pattern edge clear, and the printing resolution can reach up to 1440dpi, which is not easy to cause ink smudge or sawtooth problems.
Strong Ink Adhesion
The coating on the surface of the double-layer film has been modified with nano-level ink affinity, and the adhesion strength with water-based pigment ink is as high as level 4 or above, ensuring that the printed pattern is not easy to fall off during subsequent drying, transfer, washing and other links.
